Grand Old Flag

We ended our spring hockey season on Sunday with a 2-1 win in a physical battle in which Justin played another solid defensive game. The boys will be hockey free for about 4 months. But the fun didn't stop there.
Hockey equipment = $100's

We went out with our friends after the game to enjoy a good burger and some laughs.

Dinner with hockey friends = $40

From there it was to be a quiet night at home. First, however, Justin had to get the hockey equipment laid out to dry and to clean himself up. Given the agenda he chose a bath instead of the usual shower.

Catching your 11 year old blowing bubbles to the tune of "You're a Grand Old Flag" in the bathtub = PRICELESS!
